How it Works
With our Muscle Wise Phase 1 and Phase 2 subscription plans, you will receive your food items every two weeks. You can always swap your items and select your favorites!
- Each product comes in pack of 7
- 6 product packs per order
- Orders arrive every 14 days based on first delivery date
- For our new 'Order on Demand' plan, simply log in and order from the store at your convenience.
How to Swap Products

Step 1
Swap your Food Items
Use the Swap link to change your food items before the cut-off date when your order is scheduled to ship.

Use the Subscribe option
Select the Subscribe option to add the new Food item to your subscription.

Add on Additional Items
Purchase additional items by using the "One Time Purchase" option.
Frequently Asked Questions
Currently, we ship within the continental United States (excludes Hawaii and Alaska). Muscle Wise is not yet available in other countries.
Yes! You can select up to four addtional food items per shipment at our members only rate.
Yes! Under the "My Account" link, you have the option to skip a shipment. Your next shipment will arrive in four weeks (instead of two).
